2- An Athlete Workout Program Built for YOU

After kicking off our time together with a phone call to discuss the ins and outs of what you want to achieve, we get into the fun stuff: your CUSTOMIZED ATHLETE WORKOUT PROGRAM specific to YOUR GOALS!

Using my expertise in Strength & Conditioning, I build a plan for you that focuses on…

  • STRENGTH- whether you want to be able to squat 200% of your bodyweight or run your first ever 5k, I make sure your workouts focus on making you STRONGER, both physically and mentally

  • INJURY PREVENTION- as athletes, we know how devastating injuries can be. That’s why it’s a top priority of mine to build your workouts in a SAFE way to help you prevent or build back from previous injuries using mobility, flexibility, and corrective exercise.

  • PLYOMETRICS & AGILITY- one of the things that separates athlete training programs from regular gym rat programs is this component right here! Depending on how this ties into YOUR specific goal, your workouts will have exercises designed to help you feel light on your feet, powerful, athletic (andddd badass AF)

3- Fueling Your Inner Athlete

To accompany your new kickass workout program, I guide you through a customized nutrition protocol designed to help you fuel like an athlete.

DON’T get intimidated- I’m not talking about the Tom Brady or Michael Phelps diet. At Fit By KP, I believe fueling like an athlete means nourishing your body so it can do what you ask of it. To me, this means:

  • Making nutrition a LIFESTYLE- this isn’t about yo-yo dieting. This is about making nutrition a sustainable, enjoyable piece of your life by implementing small, simple habits at a pace that feels right for you

  • Learning BALANCE- knowing that food is meant to fuel your body AND your soul. The magic lies in finding this balance, and it’s something we emphasize developing throughout our time together.
